1.) We are all sinners. “For all have sinned and come short of the

      glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).

2.) Because of our sin we are under the penalty for sin. “For the

      wages of sin is death…” (Romans 6:23). This penalty means

      eternal separation from God in an eternal hell (Revelation 20:15).

3.) However, God doesn’t want anyone to go to hell, so He sent

      His only Son to die and pay the penalty for our sins. “But God

      commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,

      Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8). God offers salvation as a free gift

      to all who ask. “…the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ

      our Lord.” (Romans 6:23).

4.) If you call upon the Lord, He will save you. “If thou shalt confess with

      thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that God hath

      raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
